If you are contemplating lodging a complaint with regard to recent flight cancellations on account of your rights having been violated, you can file your complaint by filling in a uniform air passenger rights complaint form. The complaint form has been prepared by the European Commission and is available in the languages of all EU member states.
The European Commission has prepared a uniform complaint form for asserting air passenger rights in all EU member states languages. Passengers can use this form if they intend to lodge a complaint with regard to asserting their rights in case of denied boarding, a long delay or cancellation of their flight (i.e. passenger rights as laid down under Regulation (EC) 261/2004).
