What are my rights, if the product I bought is defective?

You have to notify the seller about the defect within 2 months once you have noticed it.

The seller is obliged to either fulfil your requirement or at least respond to your claim in writing within 8 days from receiving your claim. All the costs related to the repair, exchange of the defective product or reimbursement (shipping fees etc.) shall be borne by the seller. When enforcing your legal warranty rights, you will need to show a valid invoice.
